Entitlement ruins relationships

Entitlement is a bad thing. We needed a scriptwriter with experience working with branding agencies and thus, gravitated towards people with big names behind them. We found a person who had a stellar Linkedin profile and experience working at marketing and branding firms. We hired her and found out later that she has all pomp and no substance. It has happened so many times that I have started to wonder if people work hard for titles only to deceive their employers later.
